Spell Poppet

Poppets are a part of a type of magick called sympathetic or representative magick. The poppet represents either you or another person in a spell or ritual. You can also use the poppet to represent/connect to a specific deity or spirit. 

Tag-lock is an item that will connect your magickal working of this poppet to a specific person. The poppet comes with a tag-lock (cardboard tag) which is used to write your name or another persons name and date of birth. This is what will connect the poppet to a specific person. Examples of tag-locks include hair, nails, clothing, jewelry, anything that will represent the person. You can also add in herbs and crystals into the little pocket on the front of the poppet. 

You can also add in other items that relates to your spell/ritual. E.g. if doing a money spell you can add in rice, coins, basil, citrine etc. If doing a love spell you could add in rose petals, rose quartz crystal or a heart charm. 

This poppet is made to be reused. Just take out the tag-locks and any other items you have used and dispose of them. Clean the poppet with a smoke cleanse or however you like to cleanse your magickal tools. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
